• School bus routes are drawn up based on convenience and demand, fully ensuring that no route is overly long. Parents should consult the school's Transport In-charge for necessary details or any changes desired.
• Drivers are authorised to stop buses at designated stops only, unless directed by theBus Incharge after consultation with the Transport Incharge and the Principal.
• In case there is a permanent change in bus stop and/or bus route number, permission for the same has to be sought through an application. The change shall become effective only after the school grants a written permission. Request for temporary change in bus or bus stops are not entertained.
• A student, using the school bus, is expected to be at the bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus. The student has to be on the correct side of the arriving bus.
• Students are allowed to use only their allotted bus and bus stop. There is no provision for temporary change in bus or bus stops.
• Students who miss the allotted bus, should not try to board any other bus. In such cases it is the responsibility of parents to drop their wards to the school. Such students can, however, return by their allotted bus.
• Under no circumstances students are allowed to sit behind / under/the parked buses in the school campus during school hours. Students are also not allowed to sit in parked buses during school hours. Under no circumstances student should touch the instrument panel of buses.
• Students must make sure that the aisle of the bus is clear, and that school bags and other belongings are placed properly in the overhead bins.
• Students must keep all parts of their body inside the bus at all times. They should not take their hands out even for waving.
• No object should be thrown inside or outside the bus. The bus should be kept neat & clean.
• The consumption of edibles and drinks is not permitted in the bus.
• Unruly behaviour like shrieking and shouting is strictly prohibited.
• The driver's attention must not be distracted for any reason.
• In case of misconduct in the bus, a warning will be issued in the name of the child & the parent will be intimated.
• On repetition of misconduct in the bus, the bus facility will be withdrawn. In all such cases, parents will be responsible for the child's transportation.
• Parents are not allowed to enter the bus under any circumstances.
• Parents should not discuss or argue about transport matters with the drivers/helpers at the bus stop. This causes unnecessary delays.
• Any clarifications, confusions or doubts about transport matters should be cleared in the school by meeting the Transport-Incharge or the Principal.
• Parents should, for the safety of their children, ensure that their wards are always escorted to and from their respective bus stops.
• Any change to GPS information for the student is to be requested on prescribed school format after the payment of Rs. 50/-
• Every student using bus facility is responsible for the proper care of the interior of the bus. Any damage to the seating etc. will have to be borne by the student if found guilty.
